Grand Park Royal Cozumel Hotel

Everything was nice, nonetheless a few employees were not so helpful. I was there for 3 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant for breakfast.

Clean hotel, I loved nice stuff and food. My room included a safe, multi-channel television and a writing desk. The a la carte restaurant for breakfast was the best part.

The bed in my room was a bit hard.

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a nice enough area, adjacent to downtown. The room met the demands, impressive with two very hard twin beds. The pool was amazing and I had delicious drinks in the sports bar. Liked the à la carte restaurant for breakfast.

All was fairly clean, I liked superb staff and rooms.

Ideal and clean hotel with welcoming staff and awesome views of the ocean. Stunning location right off the beach, excellent services and nice bed.

Its staff was top-class and helpful. We spent 8 nights in a double room with two double beds that were hard as rocks, beautiful balcony and great views. The setting was magnificent, short walk to parks, the beach.

It was very pleasant time in Cozumel. Everything was outstanding and clean, I liked location and people. I was here for 9 nights and ate at à la carte restaurant for breakfast. Had a great view of the ocean from a beautiful balcony. I got to the airport within 15 minutes' drive.

We had an enjoyable stay at this seaside hotel. The reason we loved it was great staff and food. The venue room was perfect with great view of the sea.

we liked this first-rate hotel and its incredible staff and drinks. the best breakfast - fruit, butter and pastries. pretty close to the airport, 0.5 km. excellent value for money, good choice.

The hotel was unique and fairly clean with accommodating staff members. The room was beautiful with great view of the sea. Also, location was best possible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Scuba Mau Cozumel Dive Shop.

Decent location, above average breakfast, very good service and the staff was impeccable. Everything was very comfortable as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was not well ventilated. The poolside bar was comfortable and the drinks were refreshing. Sand beach nearby, that was what I loved. There was a wonderful restaurant not too far away from the hotel...

Views were pretty bad.

It was exceptionally clean & big hotel, terrific staff and location. There was a fabulous bar with variety of different food, such as tapas, burgers and fries. Location right by a hill and another cruise ship port.

Everything was second to none, including location and staff, its complimentary wi-fi. Great bed, air conditioner, flat-screen television and complementary tea, lovely room. Lovely pool and sand beach.

We loved the elegant-style building and our big size room. Large breakfast with coffee, fruit, butter, pastries and cereals was provided. Customer-oriented people providing attentive service.

Perfect location for visiting Cozumel, it's just off the dive shop, the beach. Interesting place for snorkeling: )

Excellent value for money considering prices in Cozumel. Wide ranging breakfast in the restaurant was a nice touch. A great selection of supplies in the room : flat-screen television, complementary tea and closet space. It was a memorable stay, you could leave a car on-site. Mixed drinks, very good wifi were a nice surprise.

The room had awful views.

The room was fully-equipped & fully-equipped and the location was nice.

Gorgeous location, very peaceful rooms, clean enough inside and out. The beach restaurant offered cold dishes, and the breakfast was reasonable. The personnel in this funny hotel was polite!

Everything was fine, liked our wonderful stay. Room was calm with comfortable bed. The staff was helpful in allowing us to check in earlier. Plenty of perfect food for meals. A sandy beach, gorgeous view. Location was really lovely, 0.5 miles to Cozumel airport, perfectly reachable.

This place was very very clean and had fabulous food and views. Appreciated flat-screen TV, a safe and ironing facilities in the room. Breakfast staff made us feel welcome. It was beautifully kept hotel and we had a such great stay...
